I am an Educator, Instructional Designer, Course Developer, Subject Matter Expert, Teacher Trainer and Educational Game Designer with 5+ years of experience designing engaging, practical, and learner-centred experiences.
My approach is diagnostic and outcome-focused: I identify what is preventing a learner from understanding or performing, break complex concepts into manageable steps, select the right instructional strategy, provide guided and independent practice, and use feedback to build confidence and independence.
I have developed experiences such as Nature Hunt, Leaf Detective and hands-on measurement games. I have designed a 6 week Learning Mastery Program, 30-day Advanced Memory Programme and a 21-day Advanced Reading Programme
I am particularly interested in transforming knowledge into meaningful learning experiences through guided discovery, questioning, practice, assessment, and progressive skill development.
