Nobody talks about this part of building something. The pitch decks, the launch posts, the milestones — sure. But the actual work is mostly a string of small wrong assumptions, corrected one at a time.
If you're building anything right now and it doesn't feel like you know what you're doing — that's not a red flag. That's just what week one (or week fifty) looks like.
