Most good work starts with someone saying "I can't do this part alone." Skills tell people more than titles do. The people worth building with are the ones who stay through the messy middle, and trust grows from small things followed through. You do not need to be findable everywhere. You need to be clear about what you do and who it is for.
None of this is new. It is just easy to forget when you are busy trying to look like you have it all figured out.
So here is the question I want to leave you with: what are you building that you have not told anyone about yet?
It does not need to be polished. It does not need a plan. Say it out loud, or drop it in the comments. The right person might be closer than you think.
