Most people who show up don't already know who they need. They're still figuring out what they're building.
The assumption when you build a platform like this is that people arrive with a clear ask: "I need a React developer" or "I need a marketer." In reality, most requirements start fuzzier than that — someone with a half-formed idea, unsure exactly what role would even solve their problem.
That's changed how I think about the whole thing. It's not just a matching problem. It's a clarity problem first, and a matching problem second.
If you've ever hesitated to post something because you weren't sure exactly what to ask for — that's normal. Most people start there.
