"Product Architecture isn't a list of features — it's the underlying system design (structure, data, integration) that makes those features work together to shorten the customer's path to their goal."
Structural design — how components/modules are broken down and how they depend on each other
Data architecture — how information flows and is structured across the system
Integration & extensibility — how the product connects to other systems and scales as new features are added
Non-functional constraints — performance, security, reliability — things the customer never sees directly but that determine whether the "path" actually holds up under real use
