Recently, I came across someone who built an app for mutually exchanging railway seats.
It made me realize something:
Building an app isn't always the hardest part. Identifying the right problem is.
We often think:
“What should I build?”
Maybe we should ask:
“What problem do people around me face every day?”
The best ideas aren't always complicated.
Sometimes they're small problems we've become so used to that we don't even notice them anymore.
Look around.
Observe.
Ask questions.
Listen to people.
Because sometimes, you don't need to invent an idea.
You just need to notice one.
