What is a skill you have that never made it onto your resume, because it did not feel professional enough? It is probably one of your best ones.
Maybe you are the person everyone comes to when a conversation turns tense and needs someone calm to steer it. Maybe you can read a room in two minutes flat. Maybe you plan trips for twelve people and somehow nobody fights. None of that shows up in a bullet point under "Experience," yet it is often the exact thing that makes you good at the job on paper.
We tend to only list what looks formal. Formal is not the same as valuable.
Tell me yours. One skill you have never written down anywhere, that quietly does a lot of the real work.
