0AI automation uses artificial intelligence to take over business processes that used to need manual, repetitive work, like triaging support tickets, routing leads, or pulling data out of documents. Unlike older rule-based automation, it can handle exceptions and judgment calls instead of only fixed steps. It connects to the tools a business already runs on, like a CRM or help desk, so the automation actually lives inside real workflows instead of sitting off to the side as a separate experiment.
Whether you have a manual process eating up your team's time, want to understand what AI can actually automate in your business before committing budget, or want to learn how to build these workflows yourself, Toskie TeamUp gives you a direct path to real collaborators instead of a cold job posting. Browse actual profiles and case studies, filter for the kind of collaboration you need, whether that's TeamUp for a specific build or Mentor for learning the skill in-house, and start the conversation yourself. If you're the one with AI automation expertise rather than the one looking for it, you can set up a collaborator profile and start hearing directly from people who need it.
Toskie makes it easier to find and connect with skilled professionals for exactly what you need.

Whether you're looking for an AI Automation collaborator nearby or someone with a very specific kind of expertise, Toskie helps take the guesswork out of finding them and starting the conversation.
An AI automation collaborator on Toskie TeamUp maps out where manual work is actually happening, builds the workflow that replaces it, connects it to your existing systems, and keeps it running after launch.
Looking at how work actually moves through your business today, then flagging which repetitive tasks are worth automating first based on real time saved, not technical novelty.
Building the automation itself, often with tools like Make, n8n, Zapier, or Power Automate combined with AI steps, so it can handle the messy, exception-heavy parts of a process rather than only the easy cases.
Connecting the automation to the tools you already run on, like a CRM or help desk, so it becomes part of daily operations instead of a disconnected side project no one actually uses.
Watching how the automation performs after launch, catching exceptions, and adjusting it as your process or systems change, since automation needs upkeep just like any other piece of software.
Toskie lets you look through a collaborator's background and past builds before you reach out, and there's no cost to starting that first conversation. In this field, the clearest sign of real experience is a collaborator who can immediately name processes that are bad candidates for automation, since anyone who claims AI can automate anything hasn't actually run into the edge cases yet.
What they'd choose not to automate — a strong collaborator will flag workflows that change too often or need real human judgment, rather than pitching automation for everything.
Documentation habits — ask to see how a past build was handed over, so you don't end up with a "black box" you can't maintain once they're gone.
Portfolio depth — the range of workflows and industries they've actually automated, not just which tools they list as familiar.
Direct conversation — since case studies aren't guaranteed for every collaborator, walking through your actual process with them is often the clearest way to judge whether they understand it.
Start with tasks that are simple, repetitive, and high volume, like client onboarding steps, report generation, or CRM updates. These are lower risk and tend to show a return faster than complex, judgment-heavy processes.
Ask them what they would choose not to automate. A collaborator with real experience can immediately point to processes that change too often or need human judgment, rather than pitching automation as a fix for everything.
